WINTER CONCERT DECEMBER 13

Thankyou so much to the wonderful supportive audiences who came out to our two sold out Christmas Concerts. Also many thanks to the many helpers who made these shows so special, and especially to our guest musicians. What a wonderful community. Merry Christmas all!

Registration is at the first rehearsal JANUARY 14, at Cates Hill Chapel. 

A big highlight of our Spring Session...the choir will host its annual spring coffee house at Cates Chapel. A community event loved by all! A chance for choir members and local artists to strut their stuff in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Watch for more details to come....

Fall 2025 Coffee House

We had so much fun at the fall coffee house hosted by the choir. It was held in Collins Hall on October 25. An acoustic 'unplugged' event that  opened up some more opportunities for emerging Bowen talent to participate.

Spring concerts 2025

The culmination of the spring session was the concerts on May 24. Under the capable direction conductor Kip Johnson, the choir performed two well attended concerts, with guest musicians Peter Clarke on guitar, bass and harmonium, and Sophie Walters on violin. 

2025 Coffee House

The audience and performers cast away their winter blues by enjoying an evening of local talent at the spring coffee house hosted by BICC on March 15 in Cates Hill Chapel.

The first time we have had a Sunday concert day. Guest Conductor Kip Johnson rocked it!

Bowen Island Community Choir 2024 Spring Concert 

A fabulous program of music was enjoyed by ther choir and our audiences on May 11, 2024. Guest musicians included Angela Rudden (viola), Peter Clarke (bass), and Cam Stephens (percussion).

Remembrance Day

The choir sings each year at the Bowen Island Remembrance Day ceremony on November 11.
